If you encounter a problem with a purchase from auclair.com, you've got a year to submit a warranty claim.
If there's an issue, please don’t send it straight back to Auclair Sports. Let our customer service team know first; they’ll guide you on what to do next. If it's a defect that's on us, we’ll replace it with a new one for free.
P.S: If you ever reach out after the one-year mark, don’t sweat it! We'll always try our best to find a way to make things right. We’ve got your back! 😊
We always want to help, but just so you know, our warranty mainly covers manufacturing defects. Here's what might not fit under the warranty umbrella:
- Little mishaps from using the product a tad too enthusiastically 😉
- Not following the care instructions (oops!)
- Damage caused by rips, cuts or tears
- Any tweaks or changes made to the original product
The Auclair warranty applies when the retailer's warranty is no longer applicable. If the product is still guaranteed at the retailer, please contact them. We will not replace any products that are still under the store's return policy.
If the store warranty no longer applies, please provide us with a clear picture of the product’s original receipt. Without proof of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to replace the product.
Your satisfaction is our priority! We will do our best to respond to each request as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your request to be processed.

If the item you purchased is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item.
Service time can vary depending on the situation. Typical service time is between 1-3 weeks.
