Description
Under its work glove exterior, lies a highly technical, warm and waterproof product enjoyed by alpine workers and enthusiasts alike. For starters, its wide cuff allows easy entry and exit yet its nylon stormcuff shuts quickly to keep mother nature at bay. Further featuring a Auclair-Dry membrane and 3M Thinsulate Water Resistant Insulation, this mitt will keep hands warm and dry in some of the harshest winter environments. An adjustable wrist strap will allow for a snugger and comfortable fit on this highly durable cowhide leather mitt.
Warmth Level 3
Level 1: For when temperatures start to dip and your hands need a little warmth. This warmth level is for models that are lightweight, versatile and can be used to add an extra layer inside the gloves or to be worn as is at the start of the season.
Level 2: This warmth level is for when winter has started or nearing its end but the weather is still cold enough to head to the slopes. It will keep your hands dry and warm in these conditions.
Level 3: When the days get chillier and the wind is stronger, this warmth level is best if your hands are not used to dealing with the cold. Ideal for any winter activity, from skiing to touring.
Level 4: Models with this warmth level are often made with PrimaLoft or 3M Thinsulate and are designed for when winter conditions are not favorable. Perfect choice to practice your favorite winter sports while keeping your hands nice and toasty
Level 5: Often made of down insulation, these models are very warm, sometimes even too warm for many. This is perfect for extremely cold days where intense winter sports activities are practiced at a minimum as the hands can heavily perspire.

Daniel P Bon prix pour un gant polyvalent, imperméable à souhait bien que le cuir se soit détrempé…. À l’épreuve du vent et très confortable… j’ai de grande main et le « dit » est parfait.
Gant de support au travail de patrouilleur… n’est peut-être pas fait pour enlever et remettre à répétition à cause de la doublure mais je l’ai toujours en support dans mon sac et pour le ski libre! Chauds à souhait!☺️

Customer Bought these on the suggestion of a liftie in Alaska. I work as a groomer for a cross country ski area in the lower 48 and they are the best gloves for all that goes on during my work shift. Cleaning brush and logging out trails, clearing snow and ice out of tillers and tracks, pulling stuck machines that have fallen off the trail. These work well in the cold and keep the hand warm on those snowing days around freezing when everything gets wet. One of the best gear decisions I have ever made. I usually don't leave gear reviews but I gotta say something about this glove

Steve Crimmin Working on a race course all day beats up your equipment, especially the gloves. Carrying, setting and pulling gates requires gloves that are rugged and flexible. The Mountain Ops 2 glove really fits the bill
