Auclair is committed to delivering an optimal digital experience to its users. In this regard, we have integrated advanced analytical tools to better understand and address the needs and behaviors of our visitors.
Google Analytics: Auclair uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc., to analyze the traffic and usage trends on our website. This tool uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our site. This data, which includes information such as the number of site visits, pages viewed, and session duration, is transmitted and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if these third parties process the data on behalf of Google. If you prefer not to share this information with Google Analytics, you can install a browser add-on to disable data collection. For more information on disabling Google Analytics and its privacy policy click here.
Google Signal: As part of our advanced analytics strategy, we have also integrated Google Signal. For Google users who have enabled ad personalization, Google Signal allows tracking of user interactions on different devices associated with their Google account. This multi-device capability provides valuable insights into user behavior, allowing us to refine our marketing strategies and deliver more relevant and targeted ads. If you wish to limit the scope of Google Signal, you have the option to manage or delete your data. For more information on Google Signal and how to manage your preferences, click here.
Google Ads: Auclair uses Google Ads, a service offered by Google, to display ads tailored to your interests using data we share with Google. Through Google Ads, we are able to use certain information about you, such as your email address, to reach you through Google's advertising network.
Google Enhanced Conversions with Google Tag Manager: We use Google Enhanced Conversions in conjunction with Google Tag Manager to improve the accuracy of our conversion tracking. This feature allows us to better understand and measure the effectiveness of our ads by securely sending hashed customer data, such as email addresses, to Google after a conversion event. The data collected includes customer information that is hashed for privacy and security before being shared with Google. This information helps improve the accuracy of our conversion tracking and optimize our advertising efforts. Google only receives hashed versions of the data, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure.

The customer personal data collected (e.g., email addresses) as part of the website services (e.g., checkout, account sign-in, registration, campaigns) is hashed by Auclair before being sent in a pseudonymized fashion to Meta (Facebook). Facebook can then use the hashed values to match our customer data with its Facebook data, allowing us to offer attributed conversions. You can find more information about Meta's privacy policy here.
