Not very durable

Got these gloves for Christmas to replace a pair I had for over 10 years. These gloves are decently warm, but in the two months I've used them, the leather on the right palm has already split open. I would have expected the leather to be a bit more durable for a glove that is designed for skiing...

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issue with your gloves. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. A customer service representative will contact you to help resolve this matter. :)

Great gloves and great company

I bought these for the cold Toronto winters. It does the job well and the goatskin leather has great grip, whether it be on a steering wheel or dog leash. The adjustable straps are very useful for keeping cold air out, and the Velcro is very strong. The thumb on one glove ended up tearing, but after I filled out a warranty claim, Auclair replaced the pair of gloves in just a few weeks. I very much appreciated that, as well as their customer service, which was absolutely amazing - very helpful and easy to deal with.

3rd pair!

I bought these mitts on a whim and they quickly because my favourite for moderate activities - skate skiing, shovelling the driveway, driving until the car warms up. I’m pretty hard on them, but each pair has lasted a few years. Onto pair #3!
