The Gecko is an overmitt that adds waterproofness to your mittens or gloves. It is constructed with a a full nylon body and silicone lines on the palm to improve your pole grip. The seams of the mittens are sealed which prevents water from entering. An adjustable velcro strap on the wrist is stopping the snow from getting inside.

Running Mitts

I purchased Gecko shell mitts for winter running. Quality is good, fit seems to run slightly large, i.e. mitt is high-volume but not overly long, and straps and cords are easy to adjust. The mitt could be a bit more breathable but this can be managed by loosening the wrist straps to allow for more ventilation. Overall a very good product.
