Super comfy and super warm (almost too warm), could use some ventilation.

Soft and stays dry

These are very snuggly mittens with pliable palms, making it pretty easy to change gears on my bicycle, even with additional liners inside. I also use disposable hand warmers when it's 40 or below, due to the wind chill factor. Mittens are warm, as far as mittens go, but I do need the warmers to keep my fingers warm.

Kept my hands warm all day

I wore these for a day of skiing with temperatures in the 10's Fahrenheit, and my hands stayed completely dry and warm! Additionally, they are very soft inside, and I like the design. These mittens were a splurge purchase for me from REI, and I was amazed by the difference that more expensive mittens made. In fact, I was so impressed by these Auclair mittens that I came to this website now specifically to buy this same brand for my kids, because they were complaining about how colds their hands were on our ski day with their normal snow mittens.
