How do I maintain the batteries?
Here are a few easy tips for using your battery: Don’t leave the battery connected to the charger for several days, as this can cause problems with the battery cells. Charge the battery after each use, like at the end of the day, and don’t let it completely run out before charging it again. If the battery is empty, avoid restarting the gloves to prevent fully draining it. It's best to disconnect the battery from the gloves and fully charge it before storing. After 3-4 months, recharge it again to maintain its performance.
Can I bring the battery on a plane?
Yes! All batteries are approved by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration). Remember, ewool batteries are lithium-polymer, like those in laptops or cameras, and should be carried in your hand luggage.
Is my ewool battery compatible with other brands?
Ewool batteries are designed to work with ewool products. If you have heated gloves from another brand, check with their seller to see if other batteries are compatible.
