Race Fusion Gloves - Adult

Purchased a pair to replace my old Auclair racing gloves. Previous pair lasted about 10 years. I had a couple minor issues:
- sizing: compared to my previous version, these are much smaller. My old pair was a Small, but this small was way too small. Replaced it [hassle free] with a Medium and it still is a bit tight, but will hopefully break it in.
- The silicone overlay/padding near the knuckle is oddly placed and stiff. I hope that this breaks in, but for now the thick silicone makes it hard to bend/curl my fingers.

Much warmer than a comparable European glove I had been using
The pads protected my hand recently. A hand was in the wrong place and hit a gate. While my thumb is bruised and swollen, it's not broken.

In my full-time racing days, this would have been a perfect glove. Now, only racing occasionally, it’s a little stiff and, consequently, my hands get a little cold. I’d maybe go with a softer Auclair unless you are a full time racer.

Have worn these for 4 years, ave. 80 days/yr, with 1/2 that training or racing. Warm and bomber. Keeps my knuckles safe in the gates, and more than once in tight trees!
