Fit on the small side loop

I have an old pair of these mitts and just ordered a new pair but they seem to fit a bit smaller.
They are a very good mitten for everyday wear.

I was so excited to receive these fingermitts, but when I got them and put them on the inside of one was a complete mess - there were holes in the lining, and I couldn't get my fingers in any of the right places. I was so disappointed and I emailed them that night to explain the situation... After sending a couple of pictures - they shipped me out a new pair right away. I just got them yesterday. I must say that the responsiveness and great customer service I received is so appreciated! Customer service is lacking these days - but the folks at Auclair have it nailed! I will be a repeat customer!
