Inconsistency in sizing, one glove different size and quality to other

Medium size black requested, one labelled as Medium and other glove has label cut out and is clearly a smaller size.

Made with okay leather, but dear lord the white guidelines were still visible and the cut was so jagged they looked like they were made of paper. They definitely gave the gloves in photo a lot of extra love to look that nice.
