At Auclair, the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition with the original tags on them.
Please note that for all purchases made in November and December 2022, returns will be accepted until January 21st, 2023.
How do you return an item?
1. Simple! Follow this link and we’ll walk you through our brand new return portal.
2. Print your return label that you'll receive through your email and tape it to your package. Make sure that you hide the original shipping info if you use the same packaging as the previous one.
3. Find a Canada Poste office near you and send your package.
4. Get your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 buisness days after we received the return before you get your refund.
Refunds can take approximately 5–10 business days to complete. Once the return has been received at our distribution center, please allow time for the return to be reviewed and processed. Processing time can vary. If you have any concerns regarding your refund, you can always reach out to email@example.com.
Items in the sale section are final sale and can't be return or refunded except if you receive an item that has a manufactural problem.
We're not offering exchanging yet! The easiest way for us to proceed an exchange demand is that you return your item and order another one afterwards. BUT, we're working on it in order to provide you the best experience possible!
In store purchase
We don't accept any return from purchases made in-store. Please return your items where you bought them.
