Mitaines Snow Pirate - Tout-petits

These are designed so well and have been really helpful on our kids learning to ski and enjoy the cold weather! The high Velcro seam is really practical, and from all I can tell, the kids hands stay warm.
While not related to this product, I had a warranty claim related to a stitching defect and the Auclair team dealt with it really promptly. Will definitely recommend to others!

I ordered Auclair mitts for my three year old son because his hands are always getting cold. He loves these mitts and his hands have been staying very warm. But we've only had the mitts for just under a month and there is already a hole in one of the seams, the threads around the velcro have come loose so there are a lot of dangling threads and the velcro isn't attached on one seam anymore. I wear adult Auclair mitts and love them and have never had these issues before. While I like them because they are warm I will now need to buy a different pair of mitts that are more durable.
