PRODUCT WARRANTY

Auclair products purchased online can be submitted for warranty review at the original point of purchase within 1 year from the date of purchase.

For warranty related issues on items purchased directly from www.auclairgloves.com , please fill out the warranty form.  Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Auclair Sports. Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for Auclair Sports.

Defective items that fall under Auclair's warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge, if that item is no longer available, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item or will offer you a credit of same value towards another item. 


RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE AT [www.auclair.com]

At Auclair we stand behind the quality of our products and we believe in customer satisfaction and accept returns within thirty (30) days of original purchase.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags attached. The return request must be processed. If the product has been used the return will not be accepted.

To process a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions to get your return label.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be processed and refunded as quickly as possible against the payment method used when initially placing the order.

An approved return will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. A 10$ restocking fee will also be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original order via our returns portal and place a new order for the correct item.
Please note: The item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If a product is damaged or defective, please fill out the warranty form.

SHIPPING

Our office hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM EST Monday-Friday. Orders are processed for shipping within 72 business hours of order entry. We try our best to be faster, but during peak times this is our goal.

Flat-rate ground shipping of $8.00 per order. Shipping is between 5-8 business days depending on final destination. 

Orders over $89.99, before taxes, receive free ground shipping.

Please ensure delivery is to a secure location, Auclair is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen once the delivery has been confirmed

CANADA
